Gin & It:Ingredients: 3/4 oz sweet vermouth, 1 1/2 oz gin, maraschino cherry for garnish. Preparation: Pour the vermouth directly into a cocktail glass without ice.Add the gin. Garnish with the cherry.
Sour Apple Martini:Ingredients:2 Part(s) Sour Apple Pucker, 2 Part(s) Ketel One Vodka, 1 Part(s) Cointreau Orange Liqueur, 1 Lemon Twist, or Cherry. Instructions: Stir gently. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with Lemon Twist, or Cherry.
Mint-Infused Sake Martini:Ingredients: 8 ounces of high quality cold Sake, 2 sprigs of mint, 1 sweet plum.The mix. Add the Sake to a martini shaker 1/2 full of ice and let stand for a minute, Rub the mint sprigs around the bowl of two rinsed martini glasses and place them in your freezer to chill, Shake you Sake for a full minute and let stand another minute, Strain the Sake into your glasses, Top each with a thin slice of plum.

Invented by Gaspare Campari, maker of the vermouth, it was first served at his bar.1 part Campari, 1 part Sweet Red Vermouth. Mix the ingredients in an old fashioned glass filled with ice cubes and add a splash of club soda. Garnish with an orange slice.
