Mocktails are mock cocktails, or those that do not contain any alcohol. Any drink recipe can be modified by simply leaving the alcohol out, however these recipes are some of the more common mocktails. These non-alcoholic drinks are great for serving the entire family and a nice alternative for party guests who prefer not to drink alcohol.Mocktails or Virgin Cocktails are a great alternative for your “non-drinking” guests. If you’re serving up cocktails at a party, don’t leave some of your guests out of the fun; serve them one of these fancy mixed drinks.

Non Alcoholic Drinks also known as Mocktails or Virgin Drinks are non-intoxicating beverages. The word ‘Mocktail’ is a derivative of two words - ‘mock’ meaning a copy or imitation of something and the word ‘cocktail’ meaning a mixed drink. A mocktail, or a Virgin cocktail,  is a beverage which does not contain any intoxicating alcohol. A non alcoholic drink, or mocktail, is made of one or more kinds of beverages such as fruit juices or mixers. It is usually shaken or stirred before serving.

3 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Orange Juice
Dash of Grenadine
Ginger Ale
Shake the Lemon Juice and Orange Juice with ice in a cocktail shaker, pour into a Sling Glass, Add a Dash of Grenadine and top up the glass with Ginger Ale. Garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.
